For over a century the Hotel Lamm in Bregenz has been one of Bregenz’s most popular restaurants and was always renowned for its traditional pub food. In recent years our menu has veered from the traditional to the city slick. We still feature the old favourites, but in a trendier guise. Such as traditional Swabian Maultaschen, which have become Vegan.

The source of our meat and vegetable has always been important to us. We have been a member of the AMA regional gourmet and gastronomy group for years. We like to visit our farmers and dig out special culinary delicacies and tasty treats. Now that our restaurant boasts organic certification, we always try to source the very best products available. Where possible we buy local produce from organic farmers like Wolfi Jäger in Bregenz, who supplies potatoes, or Biobauer Sieber, whose cattle graze on the meadows of Mehrerau.
