A TRADITION OF HOSPITALITY SPANNING THREE GENERATIONS

The Schenk family has hospitality running in their veins – even their south Tyrolean ancestors were hoteliers! In 1951 Peter Schenk married Vevi from Swabia. Together they founded the Vorarlberg branch of the Schenk family, whilst retaining strong connections with their south Tyrolean homeland. Just 70 years and three generations later their little guest house has morphed into a modern 3-star hotel. Rich in tradition and offering nearly 100 rooms, the hotel is now run by brothers Daniel and Peter Schenk.

Our ice cream - homemade from fresh ingredients

FRESHLY MADE EACH MORNING

Our ice cream is freshly made each morning using pure natural ingredients. Take for example sun-ripened fruits and berries, top-quality Valrhona chocolate, real Bourbon vanilla and Weltenburger beer. No powdered artificial colourings or flavourings find their way into our ice cream!
