Happy morning - breakfast in the Lamm
Our guests love our breakfasts – and we do too, because here we’re very fussy about what lands on the table. The eggs come courtesy of nomadic hens from the Rhine Valley; the local Vorarlberg butcher Dür from Hohenweiler produce additive-free sausages; the bread comes from the baker round the corner and the dairy products are sourced in Vorarlberg.
