SCHENKS Café-Bar in the Hotel Lamm has been in existence since May 2018. The hotel itself has been around since 1901.
This is a meeting place for locals and guests, cake lovers and foodies, tea junkies and ice cream fans, those who rise and breakfast late, spritzer drinkers and whisky tasters.

Our ice cream is freshly made each morning using pure natural ingredients. Take for example sun-ripened fruits and berries, top-quality Valrhona chocolate, real Bourbon vanilla and Weltenburger beer.
No powdered artificial colourings or flavourings find their way into our ice cream!
