Our guests love our breakfasts – and we do too, because here we’re very fussy about what lands on the table. The eggs come courtesy of nomadic hens from the Rhine Valley; the local Vorarlberg butcher Dür from Hohenweiler produce additive-free sausages; the bread comes from the baker round the corner and the dairy products are sourced in Vorarlberg.

Restaurant
Our menu reflects the philosophy of our hotel. Fresh and local, “from nose to tail” and preferably produced sustainably. We harvest the apples for our apple juice ourselves, our herbs grow in the hotel garden and the beef cattle are out grazing on the meadows of Mehrerau. Everything else comes from the Lake Constance area or from Austria.
