Luggage may be left with the hotel reception.

Yes, provided they are kept on a leash when outside the room. An extra charge is payable.

- Where can I park?

Right outside the hotel and adjacent to the Gästehaus Lamm, naturally free of charge.
- Can I cancel my booking?

In accordance with Austrian Hotel Contract Law:
Up to 3 months before the planned day of arrival the reservation may be cancelled free of charge. Up to 1 month before the planned day of arrival, 40% of the total cost of the room will be charged. Up to 1 week before the planned day of arrival, the cancellation charge rises to 70% of the total cost of the room.
In the final week before the planned day of arrival, the cancellation charge rises to 90% of the total cost of the booking.
- Is the hotel accessible by train?

Travel by train to Bregenz station and then take Stadtbus no. 2 to Meinradgasse (the bus stop is directly outside the hotel) or Stadtbus no. 5 to the Druckergasse.
- Are hotel gift vouchers available?

Gift vouchers are available for both overnight stays and restaurant visits
- How long are the gift vouchers valid?

Once purchased, a gift voucher never loses its validity
- Where can I park my bike?

Lockable bicycle sheds are available next to the hotel and Gästehaus Lamm.
- Can I smoke in the bar?

The entire hotel is a smoke-free zone. We would therefore request guests to smoke outdoors.
- What are the times for checking in and out?

Check-in is from 15.00. If you are planning on arriving later, please let us know. Check-out is by 11.00
- How far away is Lake Constance?

A 3 minute walk.
- How long does it take to reach the Bregenz Festival "floating" stage?

An approx. 15 minute walk along the shores of Lake Constance.
By bike (available from the hotel) you can get there in approx. 5 minutes. - When does breakfast start?

Our breakfast buffet is available from 07.00 for all guests.
The café offers further breakfast opportunities, also catering for late riser and those who eat breakfast in the evening. Open daily from 09.00 to 24.00.

Our ice cream - homemade from fresh ingredients
FRESHLY MADE EACH MORNING
Our ice cream is freshly made each morning using pure natural ingredients. Take for example sun-ripened fruits and berries, top-quality Valrhona chocolate, real Bourbon vanilla and Weltenburger beer. No powdered artificial colourings or flavourings find their way into our ice cream!
