Organic tastes better

The Lamm in Bregenz has been one of the most popular restaurants in Bregenz for over 100 years and is known for its traditional inn cuisine. In recent years, our menu has changed from traditional to urban. The classics are still there, but more modern. Like the schwäbischen Maultaschen, they are now vegan.

Where the meat or vegetables come from has always been important to us. We have been an AMA Genuss Region catering business for years. We love to visit our farmers and discover special delicacies. With the organic certification of our restaurant we try to find even better products. Our favorite products are regional organic products, like the potatoes from the organic farmer Wolfi Jäger from Bregenz or the Mehrerau pastured beef from the organic farmer Sieber.

As long as it has, it has.

Regional, seasonal and organic, that is, there is not always everything. That's why our menu changes monthly and the weekly recommendations can also change daily.

Our restaurant is open to all - hotel guests and guests from all around.

Breakfast: Monday to Friday from 7 to 10 a.m., Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 7.30 to 10 a.m.

Restaurant: Tuesday 5.30pm - midnight, Wednesday to Saturday 11.30am - midnight and Sunday 11.30am - 6pm. (Our chefs work their magic at noon from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and in the evening from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.).
