Fresh locally sourced produce
The hotel policy of using only fresh locally sourced produce is amply reflected in our restaurant menu; “from plot to plate” is our motto, and where possible using food from growers using sustainable production methods.
Our apple juice is made from apples which we harvest ourselves; our herbs come from the hotel garden, and the beef cattle graze on the Mehrerau meadows. Everything else is sourced either directly from the Lake Constance area or elsewhere within Austria.
As a result, we are proud to have been awarded the AMA seal of approval.

Café - bar
SCHENKS Café-Bar in Hotel Lamm was established in May 2018. Hotel Lamm was established in 1901.
This is a meeting place for locals and guests from every walk of life: pastry lovers and foodies, tea connoisseurs and ice aficionados. Some guests come for a late breakfast after a lie-in; others have already started on the whisky and wine. Anything goes.
Daily from 09.00 to 24.00.
Our ice cream - home made from fresh ingredients
Our ice cream is freshly made each morning using pure natural ingredients.
Such as sun-ripened fruits and berries, top-quality Valrhona chocolate, real Bourbon vanilla and Weltenburger beer. No powdered artificial colourings or flavourings find their way into our ice cream!
We like no-fuss ice cream, pure and simple.
